Sunday my family and I drove around the island taking pictures of the surrounding area. It was fun and relaxing holding a lens to my face capturing the different sites. We took photos of the beach, of an old Hawaiian temple of war, and of plants. My sibling and I think my mother didn't enjoy it too much, but I didn't care. I had fun and it would have been nice if they also did. I wanted to get out earlier, but when you have three other people who want to come and can't get their act together things become a lot more difficult. It had just been me I would have left the moment I woke up. Oh well. It was still nice to drive for a few hours capturing the different sites. Watching as the Sun fell closer and closer to the earth's surface while the scenery speed by the window. Hearing the rustle of the trees and the calls of the chickens wandering around. Watching as the people talk half dressed in suits and some with out shirts. Or becoming startled by a sudden burst of wind. It was a very enjoyable time and I hope I can do it again. Only this time when I have my license so I can leave at the crack of dawn and when the Sun as set long before that is when I shall return.
